TICKET FAQ
Tickets will be available for purchase from the Ticketek website or Ticketek App. To purchase tickets, you can create/sign in using a Ticketek account. It's a super quick process!
Alternatively, if you already have a Ticketek account, we suggest getting the basics covered before tickets go on sale by logging in and checking your Ticketek account ahead of time. Remember to triple check your passwords, delivery address and billing information now, so you’re not facing any last-minute account updates when trying to process your order. Head to https://premier.ticketek.com.au/ now and log in to your account to get started.

In the pre-sale and general on-sale you can purchase up to 6 Festival tickets in the one transaction.
Ticketek is the only online authorised ticket seller for Laneway Festival.
Laneway Festival takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers/reseller facilities. Do not buy tickets from an unknown source; there is no way to be sure that it is a valid ticket. We will be scanning all tickets on arrival and you will not be granted entrance if the barcode has already been scanned or your ticket has been altered.
Payment can be made by Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, and Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.
Yes! Afterpay is available as a payment method for all tickets, so you can purchase your ticket and pay it off in four instalments over 6 weeks.
Please double check the email address you entered when purchasing your ticket, and check your junk/spam folders. If you are having any further issues relating to ticket purchases, delivery, payment etc, please get in touch with Ticketek Customer Service.

Tickets are sold at full price regardless of the time you arrive on event day.
Ticket barcodes will be locked after you purchase tickets, you can view these in the Ticketek App. You will receive instructions on how to access your ticket(s) much closer to your event date (approx. 72 hours prior). More info can be found here.
