VIP ticket holders must be 18+.
There is a limit of six (6) VIP tickets per transaction.
An instructional email will be sent 3-5 business days before the event with timings and additional information. Please contact [email protected] if this is not received.
The original purchaser's name must be known in order to check-in and receive your benefits.
VIP inclusions (e.g. merch voucher) will be redeemed either in advance (via the online merch store) or collected on the day of the festival (unless otherwise advised).
The Laneway Festival merch voucher is redeemable on St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival merchandise ONLY.
All St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival VIP ticket items and experiences are subject to change without notice.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of festival cancellation.
