Saturday 8th February
Esplanade Park and West End, Fremantle

The Laneway Festival comes to an end this Saturday in Fremantle. The reviews so far have been incredible and you shouldn’t miss out.

Hot tip: dress appropriately and stay hydrated. Bring sunscreen, hats and closed-toe shoes. Free water stations will be available on site to fill up your water bottles. Don't forget to bring your wallet (there are limited ATMs on site); and be a legend to your fellow festival mates. And have the best time. We can’t wait.

Prep up with these super sweet GIFs from Laneway artists; Haim, CHVRCHES, Kirin J Callinan, The Jezabels, Kurt Vile, Run The Jewels and Lorde, shot by FasterLouder's Daniel Boud backstage at the Brisbane leg of the festival.

This is a sold out event.

The best way to get to the festival is by public transport. All Fremantle Laneway Festival tickets include transport for all Transperth services for three hours before, during and after the event until end of service. Information regarding the special event transport services can be obtained by contacting the Transperth Info Line on 13 62 13 or by visiting the Transperth website at

No ID, No entry.

The only forms of photo ID that will be accepted are current Australian driver’s license, current passport, current WA proof of age card. International driver’s licenses won’t be accepted.

Don't forget to bring your tickets! Each ticket admits 1 person. Please make sure you all have a ticket ready for scanning when approaching entry.

If you plan to have your PDF ticket scanned off your mobile or with Passbook (Moshtix), make sure you have enough battery on your phone.

Only buy tickets from a trusted friend - Avoid eBay, Gumtree etc. Unfortunately, there are dodgy people out there and we will not be able to help anyone other than the purchaser if there are any issues.

If you have any issues with your ticket, please get in touch with the point of purchase BEFORE event day.

Laneway Fremantle will host markets from local Freo boutiques and two special pop-up restaurants on the new site. Let Barque take you on an aromatic ocean trail from the lands of spice and cinnamon, schezuan, clove and cassia. X-Wray will be serving up some delicious meals from their modern Australian dinner menu (in festival size of course) so come check them out.

We are incredibly pleased to host the Yiriman Project Market Stall. Purchase one-of-a-kind, hand-made items by some of the Kimberley's best Aboriginal artisans.  Take this incredible opportunity to stop by the stall to meet the women themselves, have a yarn, and to find out more about the Yiriman Project. All proceeds go directly to the Yiriman Project and to the artisans.

Beyond the festival, there is plenty to do while you're in town. Check out some of our favourite local restaurants, bars and attractions and the special offers for Laneway ticket holders here.

Huge congratulations goes out to Flower Drums who won our Path to Laneway Fremantle competition. They will be opening the Park Stage at St. Jerome's Laneway Festival Fremantle this Saturday. Thanks to all to popped down to support local music and to Lilt and Thee Gold Blooms who made it a tough decision for our judges.

As previously announced, Future Classic will be curating the official Fremantle Laneway After Party. Catch DJ sets from HaimCashmere Cat, CHVRCHES and Jono Ma(Jagwar Ma), with more acts to be announced.
